Money Back Guarantee
Every customer that commits to First America Escrow for their settlement receives a commitment from us in return. The customer is obligated to provide us with needed information in a timely manner and we are obligated to honor our money-back guarantee.

First America Escrow guarantees if our customers do not obtain a settlement within 60 days, customers shall receive a full refund of the total sum paid to First America Escrow. First America Escrow guarantee obligations are met when a settlement is obtained. First America Escrow guarantee obligations are met when First America Escrow obtains a settlement even if the owner does not accept the terms of the settlement.

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you can ask for a refund. However, we must not have started the settlement process.

Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

• No settlement has been obtained after 60 days.
• The settlement process must not have been started before the 60-day deadline.

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
